Remove the author and the anecdotes are boring, the philosophy shallow although clear, precise and there is no real science in the book. Much better and more thoughtful. The Pleasure of Finding Things Out is just a collection of transcripts of Feynmann interviews and speeches.
I have two major objections. Perhaps it would have been better in an audio format. Hard to reconcile that this is the same guy who espouses “I don’t believe in the idea that there are a few peculiar people capable of understanding math, and the rest of the world is normal.
